The Glamour Spring Beauty Edit

I know that we're heading in to the Summer now so this post might seem a little too late, but the products that I received in this box are not necessarily only spring editions and I will definitely be taking them in to Summer.

I bought this box for £16.99 from and I was really impressed with it. As well as the products in the box, you get a free subscription to Glamour magazine and I also received a free Bellápierre Volumizing Mascara in black. Latestinbeauty offer once off boxes, rather than a subscription box. They are really good because they offer really well priced boxes for a great amount. (You get over £70 worth of product in this box!) However, they don't last long. I'm sorry to say that this box isn't currently available anymore but you can still buy the products that appear inside it. Also The Glamour Summer Edit has just come out on so head on over there to check out that box!

First off about this box, it was so pretty!

The first thing that I tried out was the Masque Creme Fraiche de Beaute by Nuxe Paris which is a 24 hour soothing and rehydrating fresh mask. I assumed that this was going to be a normal mask that you leave on for 10 minutes then wash off. I was surprised when it came out in a cream form and when you put it on to your face it became transparent. You are meant to leave it on for 10 minutes then rub it in. I really like this mask but probably wouldn't recommend it for oily skin. In the box you get a full size which retails at £18.50 on FeelUnique.

Next is a full sized Eyebrow Kit by Beauty UK which comes with a wax and three shades, some tweezers and then a applicator brush. I really like this product, the three shades mean that it suits nearly everybody but also that you can create different shades on your eyebrows. I like the wax as it sets your eyebrow and makes the shadow go on really nice after. I don't use the brush that comes with the product but the little tweezers are handy. Retails at £3.99 here

In the box there was a sample of the Elie Saab Le Parfum. Personally, I didn't like this perfume and it reminded me of a powdery old lady perfume (not to offend anyone that wears it). The description of the perfume says that it contains; orange blossom, jasmine, patchouli heart, cedar and honey rose. Retail £38 for 30ml here.

You get a full sized Model Co creme rouge in the shade. This is a very creamy blush but goes on very nicely. It's highly pigmented but because it is a cream rather than a powder it's not too over the top. I was a bit unsure about this one because it doesn't really dry matte and I don't like dewy blushes. However, it looks really nice on and you can also use it on your lips. Retails at £13.99 here.

I was quite excited to recieve one of the Kiko's long lasting eyeshadow sticks as I've heard great reviews about it. I received this in the shade 07 Golden Beige. I didn't think much of the shade as I don't wear many light shades such as this but thought it would make a great base. It really does live up to the long wear name and has great staying power. However, it wasn't the hardest thing to get off. Retails at £6.90 here.

(Kiko 07 Golden beige on the bottom; Rimmel Oh My Gloss in Go Gloss or Go Home on the top)

I also acquired a full size Rimmel Oh My Gloss which is a very sheer and shimmery gloss in a nice peachy coral colour. It is very nice colour wise and looks great over a matte nude lipstick. However, I just really really don't like gloss. This is a very typical gloss in the sense that it is thick and a bit sticky. It isn't overally sticky so if you are a lover of gloss then this will be really nice for you. I gave this to my mum because she loves gloss and it looks lovely on her. Retails at £5.49 here.

There were two nail products in this box. A Revlon ColourStay Gel Envy polish in a really nice bright coral colour (even though it comes across pink in the picture?!?!) which is perfect for wearing for a holiday or for the summer. I really liked this polish as it is nice and thick and applies really well. Two coats was enough to get a good finish. This retails at £6.99 and is in the colour 130 Pocket Aces.
The other polish product is another Revlon product that is meant to go with the polish and it is the Revlon ColourStay Gel Envy Diamond top coat that is meant to give it a really nice shine and provide a long wear. I work at a computer all day so nail varnish usually chips quite easily on me but I found that this lasted quite a while and there was hardly any chipping. So I'm impressed with the formula. This also retails at £6.99

You get the 75ml of the Moroccan Intense Hydrating Mask which is designed for medium to thick dry hair. I haven't used this product I'm afraid yet because it requires you to wash your hair then towel dry it and then put it on and I just haven't had the time! I will try it soon and do a full review on it I promise. This is ideal for me though as I have thick hair that gets quite dry ends so I am quite excited to try it. This retails at £7.65 here.

The finally product is this free full sized tube of Bellapierre volumizing mascara that is meant to make your lashes look thicker and longer. It is pants! It's worth £19.99 (here) but I would never pay that for this mascara. It did nothing for my lashes and barely even make a dent. I would maybe wear this mascara if I wanted to look like I was wearing no mascara but other than that it won't be reused.

I'm quite happy with this box. I've never tried anything in the box before but they are things that I will definitely use and I am really happy to discover new products. For the price you get so much and they're generally products that will appeal to you. is a great website and I'd highly recommend you check them out!

Til' next time! XOXO
