My First Jo Malone Perfumes

I have wanted something from Jo Malone for so long but it is ridiculously hard to choose what candle or perfume to spend a shit ton of money on and so this gift set was the perfect little collection to get a feel for the Jo Malone brand. At £72, this baby is not cheap by any means, but cheaper than one of their full-size perfumes and in this one you get 5 sample sizes of Jo Malone's signature fragrances.

For me, Jo Malone is classier and more elegant than what I usually wear and these will definitely be special occasion wear perfumes. I'm a Viktor Rolf Flowerbomb or a Marc Jacobs Daisy girl and so these make me feel like I'm a classy lady going to a classy function going to find my very own Mr Grey.

In this set you get: Wood Sage & Sea Salt, Peony & Blush Suede, English Pear & Freesia, Pomegranate Noir and Lime, Basil & Mandarin. My personal favourite has to be the Lime, Basil and Mandarin. It's the perfect mix between fruity, elegant and herby. It's perfect on its own and I'm tempted to buy the full version of this one when it runs out.

Although they are only 5ml they do look like they'll last and are the perfect size for testing out the scents. They have the proper perfume spray function which is nice for samples and aren't just those crappy plastic sprayers. Overall I'm super happy with this set and I'm so happy that my lovely Sam got me this for Christmas.

Unfortunately, this isn't available anymore, but I did want to share it with you maybe for an idea for next Christmas. They also do other sets on the Jo Malone website or from House of Fraser which are the perfect gift sets. Have you tried Jo Malone before, gift sets or otherwise?

Til' next time! XOXO
